WHO WE ARE
The Achieve A Dream Foundation is a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization that sponsors, hosts, and participates in events and activities to increase student-athletes’ awareness of mental health-related issues, financial literacy and enhance academic success.
MISSION
The mission of The Achieve A Dream Foundation is to:
- Aid international high school student-athletes in becoming knowledgeable of the United States’ higher education system.
- Mentor high school student-athletes throughout their collegiate experience.
- Assist college student-athletes with transitioning to the workforce.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Katherine Anderson, MBA
Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer
Katherine is a Co-Founder of The Achieve A Dream Foundation (AADF) and serves as the Chief Financial Officer. As the CFO, Katherine is responsible for managing the financial actions of AADF. Duties include tracking cash flow and financial planning as well as analyzing the AADF’s financial risks and proposing corrective actions, and financial reporting. Additionally, Katherine serves as the Treasurer.
Claudia Calder-Marshall, PhD, LPC
Chief Executive Officer & Director of Counseling
Dr. Calder-Marshall is a Co-Founder of The Achieve A Dream Foundation and serves as the Chief Executive Officer. As the CEO, she oversees the day-to-day operations, mental-health initiatives, and the operational growth and benefits of AADF programs. Dr. Calder-Marshall additionally serves as the Director of Counseling.
Kristal McGreggor, PhD
Chief Development Officer & Director – Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
Dr. McGreggor is a Co-Founder of The Achieve A Dream Foundation and serves as the Chief Development Officer. As the CDO, Dr. McGreggor focuses on developing AADF's relationships with partners, investors and advising on strategic decisions affecting AADF's growth and development. Dr. McGreggor assists with program development and implementation. Additionally, Dr. McGreggor serves as the Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
Dicoda Waugh
Chief Innovation Officer & Secretary
Dicoda is a Co-Founder of The Achieve A Dream Foundation and serves as the Chief Innovation Officer. As the CIO, Dicoda is responsible for marketing strategies and content development and assists with strategic planning, innovative decision-making, and creating strategic priorities for AADF. Dicoda additionally serves as the Secretary.
